From March 2026 through September 2027, Summaeverythang Community Center (SCC) will host its public programming, community gatherings, and cultural activations at sister dreamer, lauren halsey’s architectural ode to tha surge n splurge of south central los angeles.
Over the next 18 months, the site will serve as SCC’s temporary programming home, offering community-centered arts, education, and wellness experiences for South Los Angeles youth, residents, and visitors. Through workshops, public programs, performances, and neighborhood events, SCC will activate the space as a living hub for creativity, learning, and collective gathering.
This phase launches SCC’s long-term vision to build a permanent community center dedicated to empowering and uplifting the youth and their communities.
